MessagePilot - Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using MessagePilot ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

MessagePilot is an SMS forwarding application that allows you to automatically forward incoming SMS messages to various destinations including email, Telegram, Slack, Discord, and other services.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws regarding SMS forwarding in your jurisdiction.
You must not use the App for illegal purposes, including but not limited to unauthorized interception of communications.
You are responsible for the security of your configured forwarding destinations and API keys.
You must have proper authorization to forward messages from the device on which the App is installed.

4. Subscriptions

Free Tier: Limited to 3 rules, 2 destinations, and 50 messages per month.
Pro ($4.99/month): Unlimited rules, 5 destinations, 5,000 messages per month, advanced filters.
Premium ($9.99/month): Everything in Pro plus unlimited destinations and messages, API access, priority support.

Subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store. You can cancel anytime through your platform's subscription management. No refunds for partial billing periods.

5. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, and branding, is the intellectual property of WhisDev. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal or business purposes.

6. Limitation of Liability

MessagePilot is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any missed, delayed, or incorrectly forwarded messages. We are not responsible for any damages arising from the use of the App.

7. Third-Party Services

The App integrates with third-party services (email providers, messaging platforms, etc.). We are not responsible for the availability, reliability, or terms of these services.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time for violation of these terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
