By downloading, installing, or using MessagePilot ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

MessagePilot is an SMS forwarding application that allows you to automatically forward incoming SMS messages to various destinations including email, Telegram, Slack, Discord, and other services.

4. Subscriptions

Subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store. You can cancel anytime through your platform's subscription management. No refunds for partial billing periods.

5. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, and branding, is the intellectual property of WhisDev. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal or business purposes.

6. Limitation of Liability

MessagePilot is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any missed, delayed, or incorrectly forwarded messages. We are not responsible for any damages arising from the use of the App.

7. Third-Party Services

The App integrates with third-party services (email providers, messaging platforms, etc.). We are not responsible for the availability, reliability, or terms of these services.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time for violation of these terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
